The technical review community focuses on city proposals and infrastructure projects city staff collaborate to ensure that proposed projects meet technical standards and follow guidelines to maintain the safety of the community. Many community and state representatives will be there to deliver more information on upcoming news that will be occurring soon. A multitude of collaborators will be meeting to discuss their ideas that will be implemented soon and future plans they have. As of now the main focus is creating more housing all around the Gardens to provide more affordable places to live for low income families. This new project will focus specifically on building new apartment complexes and townhouses.

We hope that this new housing plan is beneficial to families that have been struggling to obtain housing that is not extremely costly. With this new plan we aim to decrease homelessness rates and give individuals the security of a stable shelter. There are also many plans for community infrastructure as a whole. Many new small businesses have not been able to find places to sell their products. With this information we plan to create a new shopping center featuring stores like Walmart, Burlington, 5 below, and a large sum of small family owned businesses. We also aim to encourage walking instead of using vehicles since it improves health and is better for the environment, due to this we will try to create close together buildings that make something as simple as going to the grocery store only a five minute walk. This will be an extreme positive change that will get gardens moving again and reduce our pollution extremely.

Although this meeting is designed for community leaders, architects, and engineers anyone is welcome to come share their opinion and ideas.
